There is an issue when it comes to calendar format. If you go thru Administration - General and change the settings to what you like it to be. Then create a form the timeline column should be represented correctly on the form when it comes to the format. However, even when you regenerate the link and try to paste the link on a different browser the timeline format is incorrect. Submitted a ticket and all no solution.
