We are using CRM, but not the provided templates for our Contacts Board, since it has too much integration to the rest of our system - however, Monday seems to have hidden some key automations that mean its very difficult to make the sync work between ‘our’ Contacts and Marketing Contacts (the provided board in Campaigns)
