i was wondering, is there a way to move items within a group automatically, when an email is revieced to the item?
We have a group of aprox 2500 contacts and we want to move those who reply to the top of the group.
Any help appreciated.
You could add a date column, titled ‘last email received’, Then use an automation to set that date to the date an email is received from a column on that board. Then save your sort to have the most recent at top.
