Description of request
Allow app developers to initiate an app upgrade or cancellation on behalf of a customer.
Current workaround/impact
We have to send them to the Billing or Plan Selection page and hope they figure it out on their own. There’s no guarantee that the user will successfully upgrade or cancel.
