Can't find an automation that is driving a field incorrectly

There is some automation triggering a field on a board for us, and Monday’s automation history and activity do not show that. It is not coming from any active automations currently displayed.

Where else can I look to find it to either edit it or delete it?

This usually means the update is coming from outside the board’s visible automations. A few quick places to check.

Account level automations or integrations
Admins can review these in the Automation Center since they can affect multiple boards.

Apps or third party tools
Tools like Make, Zapier, or custom apps can update fields without showing in automation history.

Connected or mirrored columns
If the column is connected, the change may be happening on the source board.

API usage
Updates made via the monday.com API will not appear as board automations.

If none of these apply, monday support can help trace the source with a board, column, and example item.
