Changing order on the x axis

Is there a way to choose the order things are appearing on the x-axis. I have all my data labelled by financial period of the year and would lie the x axis to have the periods along the bottom. However, when i do this is automatically sorts them into ascending order.

I am currently using dates across the bottom but this doesnt really work as the months do not match up with our 12 periods so it gives a false reflection of our income.

What if you use the ‘Sort By’ in the dashboard settings?

You can only choose ascending or descending, but if you need them in a specific order you can give them a prefix. If your financial year starts in April for example you can use 01 April

Thank you. I thought id already tried this and it hadn’t worked. But i must have done it wrong because it worked this time!
