We use the timeline view as well as Gantt/Workload in order to assess a teams “white space” so we can schedule new projects. Currently we are able to filter by team by having two people columns. One for the individual assigned and one for the team assigned. Unfortunately we are not able to arrange the subitem order on the chart view so that teams automatically are lumped together while still showing individual names which correlate to their workload. It would be extremely helpful if there was a way for us to freely arrange the chart view people column to show all teams in order of person while still showing the individual efforts of each team member. I understand I can filter by team. Viewing multiple teams at one time is the issue. I am from a large university (FIU) and we have a large number of teams to assess. Thank you!
