Clicking out of the help Contact US sidebar closes the chat

I have accidentally clicked out of the help sidebar, which then essentially removes any work I’ve done.

I’ve done this countless times after writing a fairly detailed support email or chat. It’s incredibly frustrating because I’m trying to gather as much information for your team, which requires clicking into other tabs and windows, and then coming back to the help tab.

Clicking out of the sidebar should not remove information, especially if a text box is filled in! You have this feature when you’re writing updates on an item–please apply it to your support sidebar!
