Communication between customer and supplier

Hi all.

Does anyone know if the following is possible?
We are working with a client and they have a form for a customer to fill in. This form submission will then will be sent to a supplier as it is a form to ask suppliers a question on their products. They want the supplier to be able to reply to the customer directly, but the client wants to be able to monitor on Monday if the customer has gotten a response from the supplier.

What about adding the vendor as a guest to the board where the forms come into? Then ask them to document there?
