We use Monday.com as a CRM and I want to be able to see how many contact points it takes on average for sales to convert. Is there a way to do this using integrations or automations? We used to use a different setup of logging activity dates on multiple columns and used custom webhooks to update a “total contact points” tally. We have switched to Communihub as this is a much better system for our growing sales team to record activities, however I cannot find a way to sum or update a tally for the total activities per item. The activities board isn’t helpful for this either because items are named as Business - Contact method and not linked to the original item.
