The conditional formatting filter is very usefull for us. However, it’s an personal setting and we do like to see an option to have the conditional formation option visible for everyone. So just like an checkbox “Visible to everyone?” something like that.
In our use case scenario, we use this to better highlight top priority jobs by an conditional color that turns red over the whole row instead of just the stars column only.
