Consistent Column ID Naming Across Boards

@rachelatmonday I see that we have the ability to use the API to create a column with an ID that is derived from the column title. This is important when you have boards that have a common structure and you are using code that references the same column ID on different boards. It is great that you can do this via the API, but previously you could achieve the same effect by creating a column template and adding the column to a board from that template. The column ID would be the same for every column you added to different boards using that column template. Somewhere along the way, this convenient feature has gone away, and the IDs no longer remain the same when you add columns from a template. That’s a shame to have removed that feature!
