We want to survey clients and ask them to provide answers to questions that we shall convert into an overall ‘maturity score’. e.g. Answer 1 = 1, Answer 2 = 2, etc. The ‘maturity score’ will be the total of each of the separate answers.
We have the formulas that will convert answers to scores and a SUM formula that creates a total maturity score. I cannot figure out how to get that score into an email to send back to the client.
We have the form and the email integration set up and that works great. How do we convert the score into a value that can be add to an email response for the client?
I’m sure it must be simple - just have not had to do this before!
