Copy an item instead of moving to a different table

I’ve looked over similar posts, but cannot find what I am looking for.

I can set automations to move an item to a different table, I can set automations to copy to a different board, but I can’t find an automation to copy an item to a different table within the same board.

This would just be the “create new item” action, and you’d map columns from the current item to the new item - you get a new item (copy) with the values.

Alternatively you can do a duplicate item with updates, then move to another board (which will really moves the original item and not the duplicate, unless you have workflow builder, you may be able to in that tell that to move the duplicate rather than original item.)
