I have a workflow that sets up multiple subitem tickets with briefing files taken from the parent item. However every now and then there is an error in those documents and they need to be updated subsequently. As I believe you can’t simply copy and paste the contents of a Files column (wouldn’t that make life easier….), is there a way I can build a workflow that will find the contents of the Files column in the relevant parent item and replicate out into the chosen column in that items subitems?
Not looking to buy anyone’s app, just wondering if the tool can enable this capability itself pls
You can do it with the workflow center. Which product (CRM/Work Management, etc) and level (Pro/Enterprise) do you have?
