COUNT Multiboard

Good Morning Everyone!

I need Help to acomplish the following Goal in BOARD 1 ( Trainers Data) I want to have a Count Column in How Many Training they Have been asigned In BOARD 2 ( Training Requests)
This is the Structure Overview
BOARD 1
Each item is a Trainer
Need Column Count ( To track How many Traines has participared)
BOARD 2
Each Group is a Training Event
Each Item is a Subject or Task
COLUMN Person conected with Trainer Data.

Use a 2 way connected column to choose the the trainer on Board 2 instead of/in addition to a people column. Then you can do a ‘count’ formula for connected items.
