Counting Client Contacts (Request & Emails). I am looking for a way to measure the # of client contacts outside of just "Form Request". Is the ANY posssible to to measure the # of emails we might revieve from a client in addition to their form requests?

Is there and code or logic, that will allow us to track the # of emails/ recieved from a client. We are trying to track our client interactions to see or most expensive and inexpensive clients.
