I am using the business card board, which is great. But now I like to have a board where I only have one company in the end instead of 25 times the same company. Could I create a company in another board where I have company names when I scan a card. So you want to have two boards. One with all contacts and one other board with all the company details. When a company does not exist and you have a new contact you like to create that company from the contact board into the company board
Definitely an option. You can use the workflow center with the ‘find matching item’ action. Have it compare the company name on the contacts board to the name on the Accounts board. If there’s a match, then connect the found account to the contact. If there’s no match, then create a new company on the Accounts board and connect.

Hi @Clover_Gal I do not have the enterprise version. So likely not possible. However, I was thinking if I cannot alternatively make a kind of distinct view of companies used in contacts. Let’s say I have now 1500 contacts and maybe 400 companies. And want to make a list visible to just show the companies we are dealing with.
That’s an option… I do just want to point out that even if you have the PRO level, you do get 5 free workflows. So this might be one of those situations where you use it?
