Create a webhook error "Failed to communicate with URL provided"

We are exploring monday.com API and webhooks to integrate monday.com with our web application and database.

We would like to add a new record from the monday.com to our web application
& database. When we try a webhook, Integrate → Webhooks → When a status changes to something, send a webhook. → Enter our web application URL to connect. → Get “Failed to communicate with URL provided”.

Any suggestions?

I get the same error trying to create a webhook connection to make.com using the webhook integration.
