"Create an update with this text" explanation

Can someone explain what “create an update with this text” action in automations does? I set it and added a message, but I don’t see it anywhere. I expected it to show as an updated conversation, but it didn’t appear there.

By the way, is there a way to add a conversation from automation?

It should be visible in the item card > updates. Click on the item column to popup the item card and check the updates section

It’s there today. I’m not sure what happened yesterday that it wasn’t appearing (although the automation was running). Thank you for confirming.
