Upon Status change, I want to copy a single item (a client case) into three different groups. There are three streams of work being done concurrently, so I need a different view for each group. When the item status is complete in all three groups, I need to automate the movement of a single item to the Next stage of the workflow.
Has anyone done something like this. I’m even willing to consider a third party app if it will make it possible.
