I have a template board that outlines all the things that need to be done when a sale is completed. One of these items is to create a photobook gift.
I have a separate board to track all the photobooks that need to be made. Is there any way to use automations to create a new item in the photobook board when the first item is assigned to me?

Hi @sugarteam - Yes, as written it would trigger for anything assigned to you. However, if you only want to trigger it for some items, then you can combine a status column in the Automation (When a Person is assigned AND Status is X, then…)
