Hey,
On my main board I’ve got an automation set up which says, when team member is assigned, then add a new item to the team members board.
This happens, and it copies the project name over - then I have an automation on the team members board which says
“when an item is created in this board, connect the item where NAME matches NAME in customers projects by overwriting new matches”
It works fine with main projects but it cannot link to the sub items.
I’ve attempted to create a link on the projects board which links to the sub items but its still not working - so I’m thinking is there another way?
I need it so that if 2 or 3 people are working on it then it will mirror the status fields etc - meaning when one person changes the status , the other people see the updates.
