Creating Boards to Track Leads & Payments in for Photography Studio

Hi there! We are a photography studio, and I have most of the info I need created on a board, but need help setting up our dashboards to give us data like revenue collected, number of shoots booked, and more. I would love help with setting up our CRM so we can move away from Activecampaign altogether if that is possible as well.
