Perfect! Then yes, it can definitely be done with the workflow center. ie when item created, IF that email address is already on the contacts board, then connect. If that email is NOT, then create a new item on the contacts board and connect them.

Thank you! It makes sense. Do you know if there is a way to have the client’s name extracted from the domain not using AI? (I tried AI and the results are not always accurate)
