Creating set task list which will be subitem list for every new entry created on another Board

I want to create a set list of tasks, lets call it “Activity Check” that have to be carried out every time a new deal takes place, say task 1 - 10. I want to create a new board, “Deals” where I can see all the deals I am working on/rejected etc. Every time I create a new deal on the “Deals” board I want the same 10 subitems to be created from “Activity Check” for each deal.

You can create multiple subitems when a new item is created and the for each subitem set the title and other column data to your preference.
