Hello. It would be great if when your in the queue for the customer support chat, you would get some sort of notification or email that indicates you have moved up in the queue and/or when the representative is ready to assist with your problem. If you step away from your computer when the representative is ready to help with your issue and you don’t have the chat open, it will close the chat and you will have to get back in the queue again. Also, there is not a tag for customer help.
