Customised input field for an automation similar to "Message" or "Email" in that it allows placeholders

I need an input field for an automation recipe that’s similar to “Message” or “Email” in that it allows placeholders, like in the screenshot, but even better could be a single line, with my own help text at the top & placeholder text in the input/textarea.

Here’s the standard Message one:

Ideally, you could customise:

• The help text/label at the top
• The placeholder text
• Single or multi-line (input or textarea)
