I have been experiencing some issues in the past with generating accurate documents, however today I am noticing that my Dashboards and not reflecting accurate “summarized” data from columns. In turn, I cannot generate an accurate document via DocuGen. Has anyone else had these issues? In the past I had worked directly with DocuGen and I learned that I wasn’t the only user with the issue and it was a data transfer issue or something within Monday. My boards are a bit complex, but manageable.

Sorry you’re experiencing issues here - I can understand the frustration.
To clarify, are you referring to our native dashboard and workdoc feature or are you currently using a third party tool or app? You’re welcome to share some screenshots or screen-recordings as examples so I can get a better understanding of the issue and point you in the right direction

Hi Everyone,
I am currently exchanging messages with DocuGen support team to get things straightened out. My Monday.com board issues seemed to have worked themselves out with a computer reboot, however my DocuGen report is still not creating full reporting. Essentially it is not creating reports for all item data from the Monday board. I have cleared all filters, reset document templates, etc. Due to the sensitive nature of my board content, I cannot share my information publicly. I will update if I find a solution, another program or a work around. The only 3rd party app that I am using is DocuGen.
