Dashboard widget not loading correctly

Recently, I’ve noticed that a couple of my widgets display incorrect information when the dashboard loads. If I refresh the widget, it shows the correct information.

I have to refresh the widget every time I open the dashboard. Anyone else having this problem?

Support told me this was a known issue.

I’ve tried the following troubleshooting steps to no avail:
-different browser
-incognito
-remake the widget
-duplicate the dashboard

Is the dashboard set to auto refresh?

Yes, every 30 minutes.

Hey @Bree even with the dashboard set to auto-refresh every 30 minutes, this bug can still happen. That setting only triggers a refresh attempt, but widgets sometimes still load cached data until you manually refresh.

Rebuilding or duplicating usually won’t fix it since it’s a loading issue, not your setup.

Quick things to try:
Hard refresh (Ctrl + Shift + R)
Remove and re-add source boards
Rebuild the widget instead of duplicating

Since support confirmed it, keep the ticket open and ask to be tied to the bug for updates.

Is no one else having this issue?
This is horrible.
I have to manually refresh 5 widgets; the dashboard takes a long time to load as it is. It’s a whole process. Not to mention, I can’t share the dashboard with the team and the CEO because they’ll get extremely confused by what loads initially.
