Dashboard widgets to save filters when duplicated and connected to a different board

Description

I have a dashboard template that I have created with widgets and filters withing the widgets. This dashboard is connected to a specific board.

When duplicating the board and dashboard and linking those two together. The filters within the widgets automatically reset and I have to manually add all the filters again.

As I am duplicating boards and dashboards often, I was wondering if there was a way to save those filters and avoid manually inputting filters again?

What are you trying to achieve

Any ways possible to avoid re-entering filter settings every time I duplicate and connect a board? or work around?

Hello,

Unfortunately, filters inside dashboard widgets are board-specific. When you duplicate a board and then reconnect it to an existing or duplicated dashboard, e-zpasspa treats it as a new data source, so widget filters reset because they no longer recognize the original board columns, statuses, or values.
