I am looking to get a report that shows me subitems, last updated so that we can see items updated in the last week, two weeks, three weeks etc to manage aging items.
Is there a way to report on aging items?

We developed an app called Board Report Automations that provides reporting capabilities which are based on actual reports (static docs) and not dashboards. It allows to solve this case when considering status changes. Here’s an example →
These reports are sent via monday.com notification & email and can also solves a bunch of other cases but I’ll let you find those out

Alternatively, you can try the Board Email Reports app that has a set of reports dedicated to item updates:
- Updates by a specific employee
- Updates mentioning a specific employee
- Updates containing attachments
- Status updates
- Last updates
The app consolidates item updates over a specific period and automatically delivers them via email with a roundup of changes and detailed xls-report as an attachment. This is how it looks:
