We have an attachments column where clients attach all the requirements of their job. When their jobs are finished at the end of the month, we don’t need the attachments anymore. Currently there is no facility to be able to highlight all the jobs done in the month, (eg 300) and delete everything within their attachments field (which could contain anything from 1 to 10 items in each). Wouldn’t a batch delete attachments facility be of use to anyone else? Currently i’m having to delete them line by line, every month.
