lately monday released a feature that lets you depracate a feature. This is awesome because I can prevent users from creating my old recepies while they are still working.
The problem is that it gives a scary red message like an exception with “Will be removed” while deprecated messages doesn’t always mean that. Sometimes this is just an old feature that it better not to use or the develper decided to roll back the deprecations.
We got dozens of emails from clients thinks that our application is being removed or not working while they are working but we just want people to use a new feature with more abilities.
I believe if the UI will be yellow/orange and not red and the message will indicate something like “May be removed” or let the developer decide what will be the message may be a perfect solution for that.
