When setting up a CRM sequence, it would be helpful if Monday CRM could differentiate between an out-of-office reply from the email account and a bounce from the server. We want to know if the person has left the organisation or is on holiday.
HI Lyndsey, I assume this shows in the emails and activities section but you can auto set a status? Perhaps you could check the feature request section and add there to get votes?

That’s a great suggestion, Lyndsey. Differentiating between out-of-office replies and hard bounces would definitely improve CRM automation and follow-up accuracy. Currently, Monday CRM doesn’t automatically distinguish between the two — both are handled as generic replies. A possible workaround is to use keywords in automated reply detection (like “out of office” or “on vacation”) through integrations such as Make or Zapier to categorize these responses differently. Still, it would be valuable for Monday.com to build native functionality for this, so you might want to submit this as a feature request to their product team.
