I am trying to download all of the updates, emails and files on a pulse so I can upload it to our “back office system” to log as an audit trail. This is important because when we submit some business (We are financial advisors so this could be advising on a pension or investment), we need to record all of the communications with a client and providers to ensure that, if there is ever a complaint, we can have all the information saved in one place.
Is there anyway of doing this? I know there is an audit trail button but it doesn’t include the sub items updates and files.
It sounds like you will want to add the Files tab to your Updates Section (to see all the files on that item) and then use the Updates section export to Excel button to get all the updates and emails (if you have Emails & Activities on your Updates section):

This doesn’t work as it doesn’t copy any updates on the subitems. See photo.
As we have 15 subitems per pulse, this would mean exporting each subitem to excel. IS there a way that this can be done all at once?
