Earning free items for student-free plan

I am using the student-free plan. I invited some of my friends according to the guidance on the website. They already created the accounts and confirmed. However, I didn’t receive any free items.
Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Thank you for your suggestion. I contacted Monday’s support team. They gave me free items. However, the issue related to my account has not solved yet. I still have to send emails to ask about the free items. The system does not automatically add the free items to my account.
