Edit a timeline item created via API in Emails & Activities

Hey,

I’m creating a new timeline item in the E&A section every time there is a new outgoing phone call. The goal is that the sales rep will add the call summary in the custom activity that was created automatically, without having to create it themselves.

The issue is I’m not able to edit this activity, how can I overcome this challenge? Do you have any ideas?
