I tried deleting the group connected to the notification, re-embedding the form but the notifications keep coming.

Thanks Jim. I did contact support but it’s been slow going. This has been fixed eventually, 5000 emails later! Trying to get them to reduce the record of activity this caused on my account (used up over a month’s worth in one day) because it then put a stop to all automations.
