Email log for Monday inbox on Service

It would be nice to have an email log showing all emails being sent / received on a Monday inbox channel.

What are you trying to achieve

To be able to track down lost emails not showing up in the timeline in Service.

hi @mattzx11 ! As a workaround, some teams use *Email to Tasks for monday.com* to create a parallel audit trail. Every incoming or outgoing email can be logged as an item or update, which makes it much easier to search, filter, and verify that nothing went missing.

It’s not a full replacement for a native inbox log, but it does give you a reliable history when you need to track down lost emails.

I hadn’t thought of that as an option. my team handles between 150-200 cases / week with multiple emails being send and received.
