Email to a Group and create a pulse

Hi I am not sure how to set up an integration so that an email sent to a client board (via the unique email address) that will go to an existing group and create a pulse rather than creating a group “email pulses”. Could someone please assist?

The first time an email is sent to a board, it will create a group “Emailed Pulses”. Once this has been created you can change the name of the group to anything you want. Subsequent emails will still be sent to this group.

If you still want to move the item, take a look at these automation recipes:

  • When an item is created n this group, set its status to something
  • When a status changes to something, move item to group
