Hi I am not sure how to set up an integration so that an email sent to a client board (via the unique email address) that will go to an existing group and create a pulse rather than creating a group “email pulses”. Could someone please assist?
The first time an email is sent to a board, it will create a group “Emailed Pulses”. Once this has been created you can change the name of the group to anything you want. Subsequent emails will still be sent to this group.
