Email to Board sporadically fails

My team has been using the Email to Board feature to create new items on our Monday board via email, but sometimes the item just doesn’t get created. I have confirmed that the person sending the email is using the board’s email address correctly and that they are an account member of the Monday board. There is also no bounce back error message to the inbox of the person forwarding the email when this issue occurs.

It seems sporadic and there’s no way to recreate it consistently because we are doing everything else right. Is there any way to see what may be causing this issue or prevent it going forward? Are the emails quarantined somewhere in Monday or is there some kind of log in Monday we can view for email to board emails? I’ve checked all of the Monday forums and the AI support chat with no luck.

Are they ‘manually’ emailing it or are they using any mailbox rules?

They are manually forwarding the emails to the email address of our Monday board every time.

And they’re showing ‘sent’ in the users email box?

Yes, the emails are confirmed as “sent” from the sender’s email. The emails seem to get stuck on the Monday side (sporadically) as there is no bounce response. I think we are going to switch from the customized board email address to the default email address going forward and see if we observe the same issue considering there is no email logging available on the Monday side for some reason.
