Email tracking against company rather than person


Is it possible to manually track email updates from Outlook against a company rather than an individual?

The CRM I am building is designed so that a company is the main record rather than the individuals who work for that company, so I need a solution where the data still exists for that company once an individual moves on.

The Outlook integration works so well against individuals, and I’m happy to use a manual workaround if it comes to it, I just can’t see how to do it :frowning:

Any help you can offer will be hugely appreciated.
