Email triggered statuses

Would be good to have the ablity to trigger automations based on an email sent via the Emails and Activites Panel.

What are you trying to achieve

For example when i send an email to a client with the subject that contains the word Quotation then automaticly set the status to Sent

Nice idea, but that’s not possible right now. Automations can’t be triggered by emails sent from the Emails & Activities panel. A workaround is to use a manual status change (or button column) when you send the quote, or send the email via an external tool (Gmail/Outlook + Make/Zapier) where you can trigger logic based on the subject line.
