Emails not populating on board

I have two issues with e-mails.

  1. There are times when a team member including myself emails the board it either doesn’t show up at all, or will take up to 24 hours to show up on the board.

  2. When an automated email is sent to a customer, it is emailing twice. (only one automation for emails is set)
