We are experiencing an intermittent issue where emails forwarded to, or sent to, an item’s unique email address only display the subject line in the update feed, with the entire body of the email missing. This issue does not happen every time.
Is it only certain people it’s happening to? Sounds like something support would need to help you with. support@monday.com

We’ve seen this happen occasionally too — usually it’s related to how Outlook formats the message (especially if it’s using rich text or embedded images).
Try forwarding one of the affected emails to your board’s address as plain text and see if the body appears correctly. If it does, that’s the cause.
Also worth opening a quick ticket with Monday support — they can check the email parser logs on their end. It’s likely a formatting or MIME-type parsing issue. ![]()

Just like Karl said, the body’s formatting on the email is the most probable cause for what you’re experiencing. With that said, issues partially similar might also happen when using automatic forwarding rules on Outlook, or when. sending emails to a group email address that includes the board’s email address. Are you using one of these two methods by chance?
