I have my gmail account integrated with my Monday account. And I can sent emails and see them in Monday and my gmail sent folder. This issue is why do these outbound emails from me (using monday.com) crm go to the email recipients SPAM folder? The monday.com help chat said each contact needs to whitelist the email address so that it goes to the inbox. Has anyone else encountered this and have a solution? This is happening with internal (same domain) email addresses, native @gmail.com addresses and comcast.net addresses.
SO the emails are ‘coming’ from your gmail? That sounds like a gmail issue more than a monday issue? Have you chatted with your IT team about your deliverability rates?
