I have my outlook account integrated with my Monday account. It is working great! However, when I send an email from Monday the message goes to spam. Is there anything I can do within Monday to improve the likelihood of an email being delivered to a recipients inbox?
The best I can tell is the when we send to a recipient who is not part of my domain then the message goes to spam. If recipient email address does include the domain I using to send the email then it goes to the inbox
First – If your domain is new, it’s important to establish credibility. Start by sending emails internally to colleagues and engaging in conversations. Sometimes, Google may flag new domains as potential spam sources, but as your domain gains maturity, this issue should diminish, and your emails will be less likely to end up in spam folders.
In the meantime, to reduce the chances of your emails being marked as spam, consider the following best practices:
Avoid Trigger Words: Certain words or phrases like “free,” “guarantee,” or “act now” can prompt spam filters to flag your messages.
Limit Links: Avoid including too many links in your email, especially links to untrusted domains, as this can trigger spam filters.
Email Signature: Ensure your email signature contains valid contact information and links to your company’s website, with matching domains to enhance credibility
