Employee/2Status/Date setting up

Hello, please help!

I have 1 column with People, 1 Dates columns, 2 Status columns. each status column is filling different people. how should I assign next person for second column ?

I am getting fallowing problem: when Status Done is set on the first Status column, no matter who we assign for second status column (even with deadline mode and new Date column for second status), it shows the Task is DONE in My Works for second status column newly assigned employee

Please help to solve it out

you could try adding all the status columns for that item as subitems. We have added a progress column to the the sub items and mirror that column to the main item giving us a quick view of what stage the main item is in.
