It is currently not possible to complete a bulk update of the Project Overview template/format in the Portfolio solution. We can complete bulk updates of the managed template for the underlying boards but the customized Project Overview cannot be updated in bulk.
What are you trying to achieve
We need a way to do a bulk update of the Project Overview in the Portfolio solution. This is needed for changes to the customized layout of the Overview based on changing business needs or improvements based on feedback. With a Portfolio of circa 80 projects, it’s not workable to update the Overview format one by one.
